No Refund Policy

Due to the personalized and time-sensitive nature of our services, we do not offer refunds on any consultations or bookings once the service has been provided or the session has been scheduled.

By booking a consultation with us, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

Exceptions

We understand that unforeseen situations may arise. If you experience any technical issue during your session or believe your session was not delivered as expected due to an error on our part, please reach out to us within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. While refunds are not issued, we will do our best to assess the situation and may offer a rescheduling or credit towards a future session at our discretion.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Cancellations made at least 12 hours in advance of the scheduled consultation may be eligible for a one-time rescheduling.

• Missed appointments without prior notice will not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.
